The newest addition to Viva Sales, Copilot, is your trusted wingman. Designed to enhance the sales process, Copilot takes your sales performance to new heights. In this blog, we’ll explore how this powerful tool can revolutionize your work and drive success in your sales journey.

Create Email Responses with Ease

Copilot simplifies email management by enabling you to effortlessly create responses directly from the Viva Sales pane. Whether you’re replying to inquiries, drafting proposals, or offering discounts, Copilot helps you generate, review, and customize emails before sending.

In practice, if a customer asks about the total cost of a product or seeks additional discounts, you can query this information through Outlook. Copilot then scans relevant data from Dynamics 365 and automatically populates the email response.

Once Copilot generates a response, you can either regenerate the draft if needed or paste it directly into the email body.

After sending the email, Copilot automatically suggests updating Dynamics 365 based on key responses received, such as marking an opportunity as won or generating a follow-up response.

Additionally, Copilot can help schedule meetings by suggesting optimal times based on calendar availability, streamlining the scheduling process for all parties involved.

Streamline Meeting Follow-Ups

Introducing the Copilot preview feature in Viva Sales, which leverages conversational intelligence to create AI-generated meeting summaries. Copilot provides a transcript of Teams meetings, including highlights, action items, and KPIs.

Using this meeting information, Copilot drafts follow-up emails, saving you time and effort spent on recapping conversations and accessing necessary data without switching between systems.
