Yes, there’s an auto-reject function for candidates applying for roles outside if the UK if not eligible to lawfully work in the country they’re applying for.

 

We will never auto-reject based on keywords or specific phrases in your resume. All applications are reviewed by humans.

The Recruiter Screen is the first step of our hiring process. It’s an opportunity for us to learn more about you and tell you more about the role you’ve applied for.

During the Recruiter Screen, you’ll be asked about your experience and skills to make sure they’re aligned with the role. The recruiter will also make sure compensation expectations align, share more about the role, our culture and values, and answer any questions you may have.

If the screening call goes well, the next step will either be a 1st stage introduction interview with the Hiring Manager, who will go into detail around the Company, Role and expectations as well as allowing you to ask questions. The 2nd stage interview is more of a formal format where we will dive deeper into experience by asking you to complete a presentation task or technical assessment depending on the role and answer competency-based questions in the STAR format. We will always follow up with you, regardless of the decision.

Depending on your role, we offer different working options, including:

 

  • Field-based – working from home, on site with a customer or at one of our office locations
  • Office-based – with a permanent desk within one of our office locations

We offer flexible and remote working options and have offices across a number of locations in London, Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, Cambridge, West Sussex, and Dublin.
