Microsoft Power Apps enables organisations to rapidly solve business challenges through the creation of low-code or no-code applications, created in a matter of hours rather than months.

Power Automate

Microsoft Power Automate, formerly Microsoft Flow, is a no-code, cloud-based tool that allows users to create and automate workflows and repetitive tasks across multiple applications and services without the need of help from developers.

 

Once a workflow is built, it can be managed on your desktop or through a mobile app. Power Automate integrates with the wider Microsoft cloud, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.

Copilot Studio

Microsoft Copilot Studio, an integral part of Power Platform, encompasses the functionality of the former Power Virtual Agents and ever-evolving conversational AI capabilities to provide a comprehensive AI tool for organisations to fully embrace. Power Virtual Agents’ chatbot features are still in place, they have just moved into the Microsoft Copilot Studio to enable users to benefit from the power of Microsoft Copilot’s conversational AI capabilities. 

 

Microsoft Copilot Studio addresses many of the challenges associated with bot-building. With ease of configuration and the ability to integrate easily with platforms such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service, it allows subject matter experts to develop chatbots to suit their needs and reduces the reliance on developers to build and maintain a chatbot.
