The Telefónica Tech Data Maturity Assessment is a framework that allows organisations to assess the current level of their data standard, identify where they need to improve the standard, and help plan the journey.
The assessment is a collaborative engagement, facilitated by Telefónica Tech. During this time, we will perform several interviews and workshops, review relevant documentation, and perform a data audit including a review of your data architecture where necessary. Findings are produced and alongside each finding an implication noted to articulate the business impact of that finding. Recommendations are included and these are all fed back in a multi-point assessment and improvement roadmap.
