China Daily is the official English language newspaper publication of the People’s Republic of China. As well as running offices and editorial bureaus throughout China, they have offices in New York, Washington, Hong Kong, Nairobi and London.

Following rapid expansion of its London headquarters, they asked us to help them to move to a new head office. Firstly, we needed to be clear on their requirements. With the help of our Discovery workshops we managed to map out a clear picture of both current and future requirements for their digital workplace. Secondly, we used this information to create a complete IT strategy and budget for their relocation.
