Our Customer Net Promoter Score (CNPS) for 2023 was outstanding at +50, showcasing exceptional customer satisfaction. Noteworthy feedback praised our product knowledge, team dynamics, and communication. Our December NPS incentive initiative also supported Shelter Scotland, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility.
