    Mark became CEO & MD of Telefónica Tech UK&I in May ’22 having previously been Vice President, Sales and Marketing UK&I. Mark was a key player within the senior team that successfully transformed OCSL/CANCOM into a leading IT services business.

     

    He played a major role in selling the CANCOM business to Telefónica Tech and continues to help identify key acquisitions within the UK&I. Prior to joining CANCOM in January 2019 as UK Sales Director he held Director roles at both Microsoft and HPE.

    As CTO, Mark has overall responsibility for the UK&I’s technology strategy. With a background working in big system integrators and large business focused consulting firms, Mark is an expert in digital and workplace transformation, as well as, Cloud, Data, Business Applications and Security strategy.

  • Dominic Arcari

    VP of Sales & Marketing

    Dominic joined Telefónica Tech UK&I in July 2022. Prior to this Dominic was Partner Sales Lead EMEA at AWS and before that had held senior sales leadership roles at Fujitsu, Atos, HPE and DXC.

     

    He has personally led and won numerous complex opportunities including HPE’s largest cloud transaction in Financial Services. At Atos he held P&L responsibility for a Business Unit and has been a senior member of restructuring and integration projects at both Atos and HPE.

     

    Outside of work he enjoys participating in and watching sport and has an extensive collection of sporting memorabilia.

  • Darren Ham

    VP of Service Delivery

    “Technology plays a major part with enabling businesses to be disruptive in their markets. Through my Service Delivery team, we are able to support and influence the disruptive plays our customers strive to make, and to respond to the disruptive competition they face.”

     

    Darren joined the company to lead the Professional Services division within the UK & Ireland before becoming VP of Service Delivery. He has first-hand experience of leading large, complex transformation programmes within the public and private sector in Europe.

     

    Darren has held several executive positions at Fujitsu, HP, HP Enterprise and latterly at DXC, where he was Vice President and Global Service Line Lead for Workplace and Mobility.
