Hyde Housing urgently needed to update systems and improve performance. They chose us for our straight-up, no-nonsense approach. In other words, we were not afraid to challenge existing preconceptions.

Because we knew value for money for this housing association was key, we left no stone unturned. So, as part of our analysis, we drew up a full picture of their applications, servers and data centres. And this approach paid off. Not only did it provide the fullest possible picture for future direction, we uncovered underused technology. We then immediately put this VMware hypervisor to work to boost performance. As a result Hyde were able to maximise existing investments.

Following our successful analysis, Hyde appointed us to build a new custom UK Managed Sevices solution. This is delivered from our own leading Data Centre and has helped them achieve even greater resilience and performance. Because they have the latest power and cooling technology Hyde, now has the stability needed.

And, critically it has helped end users do a much better job. For example, field staff can log in from remote locations securely and quickly. This has particularly helped their maintenance team who only have a short window to upload large photos in between jobs.

Following on from our robust analysis, the Hyde IT team have secured buy-in and resources to start their well-planned move to the Cloud.
