Empowering citizen development for free with Microsoft Power Apps Community License
Microsoft Power Apps allows organisations and individuals to create apps that convert their manual, repetitive processes into automated ones. Power Apps, part of the Microsoft Power Platform, empowers citizen development, enabling everyday workers to self-serve and build apps without the need for coding expertise. It uses a powerful point and click approach to app development. Additionally, you can securely create, share, and connect apps to external data sources such as Salesforce, SharePoint and Dropbox, with anyone on any device, within a matter of minutes.

Power Apps are generally designed as role-based applications that collate different workflows and tasks in one place for a group within your organisation. Alternatively, you can create separate applications per task where you offer employees a suite of applications they can access. See some examples of Power Apps Telefónica Tech has created.
